(it's actually a bit of topic, but inspired by blocks :)
Let's not play tetris! let's play construction!
Thus, there're certain "cells" in the bucket that adds "bonus scores" if occupied by a block. Other "cells" instead contain "penalty scores" (of a different value).
The purpose of a match is to gather as much scores as possible, by placing pieces (following tetris-rules) into the bucket. Any occupied cell would bring it's own score or penalty. Also if a cell that gives a score is not occupied, then it turns into a penalty.
So In the end task is to cover as much "bonus" cells as possible, and at the same time not to cover "penalty" cells. Also leaving "bonus" cells uncovered causes a penalty.
The total of pieces is limited (but enough to cover the whole bucket) - thus the game is not endless. At any point of the game, bot should be able to say "enough!". Once it's done scores are calculated.
a bot gathering the maximum number of scores wins.

Seems a pretty interesting game! We're always very happy with these suggestions, thanks :)
