What are you planning to do next? I'm going to try Ultimate tic tac toe. I will use C#. I would give another language a try like "Go" or "D", but I am not really into a big challenge at this point. Seems ultimate in C# is the right fit for me at this time, summer is coming!

I've started coding Ultimate tic tac toe as well. Unfortunately it looks way less fun than tetris :(
Also, there is upcoming codingame contest, starting June 25
I've never played in codingame before (it's fancy colors and animations scare me a bit). But friend of mine suggested me to give it a try.
Did you participate in codingame contests? How good are they?

Haha, I think I may attempt the Go competition next. I don't know how to play Go though, so I'll probably have to take some time to learn how to play. I think Tetris was probably the most fun competition so far. Not sure what language I want to use yet. I love Java because that's within my comfort zone but maybe I'll try something new.
Codingame looks pretty interesting too; I've never tried it before. Yeah maybe we should all give it a shot! It'd be pretty funny if in the end, the top 10 was all people from AIGames lol.

I plan to try something using rust. As Hohol said, tic tac toe is not that interesting for me as I can hardly evaluate which of the players has better position. So looking at the games is not interesting, only the result matters. Maybe I can improve my eye for this game, who knows. And go is not very interesting because it is veeery well researched game and the bots are going to be veeery suboptimal or clones of some open source thing.

My next aim will be a new version of my chess engine Eia. I learn many good things about evaluation in this competition, about learning and testing, so i ready to make my engine stronger)

My plan is to turn my computer off for a few weeks and take a break. I'll skip tic tac toe. I don't like it a lot. I think I will continue with Go. For Go, unlike for the other competitions on this site, I think you need to learn to play the game yourself. The games, which are played by the current bots, even the top ones, do not resemble games played by human players at all.

I joined codingames.com, next competition starting on June 25th will last 8 days that sounds horrifyingly short and quite a challenge. I hope to find theAIgames players :-)
