Is there a minimum hardware configuration that our bots can/should expect?
In particular regarding CPU/Core count?
I'd like the option of spawning of different threads to evaluate strategies in parallel -- but don't want to spawn off more threads than available CPUs/Cores (since it is all in memory and CPU "intensive" it makes no sense to have more threads than CPUs/Cores).
Thanks in advance, Gerald

Our game server only has one CPU, because the only thing it's doing is running games. Starting up multiple threads is not recommended, but it is possible.

Jim, I understand about not generating threads when there is not CPUs to process them, which is why I asked the question.

What is the maximum amount of memory a bot has at his disposal?

That is kind of hard to say exactly, but the limit we have in the jail is set to 750mb. But the bots have a bit less in practise.
