As far as I know, it is possible to draw in Poker. I could not find how this is communicated.

No in this version it's not possible because the blinds will just go up until the bots are forced to go all in just with the big blind.

The height of the big blind will not prevent two hands from being equal. So I repeat my question:
How is a draw (of a round) communicated.
Example player1: [Qc,Qh,Th,8c,7h] player2: [Qc,Qh,Th,8d,7d]
Those hands are equal and the outcome of the round should be a draw.

It's a split pot, I've seen the engine do it.

The engine communicates how much each player wins in a separate line per player. So in case of a split pot, this could be for example:
player1 wins 250
player2 wins 250
