I am not sure how to start, I compile the starter bot on the site just to check it out, and how am I supposed to launch the engine? It says: java nl.starapple.backend.RunPoker 2000 [bot1] [bot2] 2>err.txt 1>out.txt What am I suppose to replace [bot1] and [bot2] with? A C++ file, or a compile version (exe)? I'm on Windows, the question is what file am I supposed to direct it to? The CPP or the EXE? I saw that someone compiled it using [HisBotName].java, so does it work that way for C++ too, just the source code? And if so, what source code, of the Bot.cpp, the main.cpp or what else? The question is for any programmer that uses a language that is not Java, whatever it is. P.S. About the rules, is there any link to something more detailed with examples?

You should put there whatever starts up your bot from cmd, so probably the .exe file. To test this you can open up cmd and try to start your bot from there, if you give it inputs it should respond.
For a more detailed description of the rules you should probably just Google them, I'm not an expert poker player myself.
