Do we have same rules about multithreading, memory size ? file writing and reading ?

All I can say is that I did not manage to read/write files. About multithreading you can use it I guess, but consider that your bot runs in one core

Opening files (or sockets) is usually not allowed in competitions like this. I asked about memory (and threading) before and got no official answer.

My C++ bot can successfully read from files. Everything you send in the zip is available in ./src/ relative to your bot's executable. I can't say whether it's the same for other languages.
Also, other threads on this board have revealed that pthread is not linked in C++, so no threading there, and the RAM limit is around 700Mb.
