Multiple bots per player

I wondered what the stance of theaigames.com is against people who upload more than one bot to the same challenge by using multiple accounts. This seems quite unfair, especially when these bots are highly rated.
For example, the bots "Toast" and "Toaster5323" seem to be made by the same person considering that they share a similar rating, similar name and a similar playstyle (unusually high amount of draws).

See rule 4 of the site rules. We will look in to this if it truly is the case. Especially during the finals this is strictly prohibited.

There's also two users "sardinavesela" and "sardinavesela2" both have bots around 1600 ELO.
