The repository is currently a work in progress. It's using a genetic algorithm to train a population of neural networks which take in the board as input and output a utility for every position.
It also contains a modified version of a HAL's offline server in the ga_bot directory that allows one to add print statements in your code without breaking the server (remember to take them out before uploading though).
