We have provided you guys with an awesome Java Starterbot. However, we've been getting some requests for easy-to-implement Starterbots in other languages. We figured, why not ask the community for their help. :)
So if you already implemented your own bot for this competition and if you want to earn eternal fame on this website, make a Starterbot and send it to us! We will review it and make it available for everyone to use if it's really good.
Thank you guys! Have fun coding!

Thanks to Fizzer we now have a Warlight C# StarterBot available. Check it out at the Getting Started page of the Warlight AI Challenge

A PHP (starter) bot is available at the github of helpless: http://github.com/mastercoding

The link to the C# starter bot doesn't work right, it points to the Java one.
And someone posted a link to a Python bot, which has slightly more capability than the Java starterbot: https://github.com/JackieXu/ConquestBot/ but might be a base to start from.

Here's a link to the C# starter bot until Jim fixes the link on the Getting Started page: http://data.warlight.net/static/CSharpStarterBot.zip
It's just a direct port of the java one.

Link is fixed now, thanks for bringing it to my attention. The C# bot is indeed a direct port, but I did change it a bit more than Fizzer already did to match C# code conventions.

Hi Sharky ! I would like to use a php bot, Mastercode provide 2 bots on his github "conquest-helpless" and "conquest-php". Since the name of his bot is "helpless", i doubt that "helpless" is the starter bot :) Wich one are you using ? Thx in advance.

I'm using the java-starter bot :-) And using the Helpless bot in running my own competition, not as a base for my own bot. :-)

I'd really like to work on Python, but I have some troubles. I am not so sure about how the communication works. You will call our script to run the bot, and how will the bot listen/keep listening to what the server has to say?

Yea, I found it a bit later on your GitHub actually.
