I just updated the Warlight AI Challenge engine and put it here on GitHub.
Implemented the new rule to match the original Warlight game. See the announcements
Fixed a bug where armies could be used for attack/transfer even if they where transferred there in the same round, because other armies on that region were destroyed. (thanks Soultaker!)
Fixed a bug where a bot could actually place a negative amount of armies on a region (thanks bReChThOu!)
Changed the text of illegalMoves at some places because they sometimes weren't very clear.

I tweaked / removed the delay timers between games... Didnt have a negative impact for me... Could that be an option for the site as well? To increase the game rate?

We're working on increasing the game rate right now; we're increasing the game rate from one game each twenty seconds to one game each five seconds.

Also it seems new versions of bot, have an impact on the game rate as well... The compiling and test matches take precedent over the 'competition' matches? Might there be some tweaking possible there as well?

That's correct, we're pushing test matches to the top of the queue so people get quick feedback on whether their bot works or not. We'll make some changes to the queue to make sure the test matches won't influence the game rate.
