Hey, i dont know how to create a new Thread, so i have to ask my question here: I am programming a bot in Java, downloaded the examples from the website here, but now, i changed the directories and filenames, so that they fit into my code style.
Every time i am uploading my code, i am getting this error: Error dump
Error: Could not find or load main class bot_ai.Mainroutine
My mainfile (the only file with a main-function) is in directory "botai", the class Mainroutine. What to do? I am uploading a zip file called "code.zip", and in this zip-directory, there is directly the folder "botai".
Any suggestions or support on how i can get fixed that problem?
PS: How to start threads, there is no button for me to click on :(
I cant write bot underline ai, because autoformat of this forum always deletes it :(

It may not have anything to do with the changes you made, people have been having similar problems with Java and we'll have to wait for input from The AI Games on this. Have you tried uploading the starter bot without making any modifications?
As for the forum, this is Markdown, so you can look how to do stuff at that link. (And while it is a formal language with predefined rules, it is indeed based on the idea that unparsed files look good too and has the interesting property that it works sort of automatically)

Thanks for your answer.
Yes, I already uploaded the unchanged code, then it worked.
So you think, we just gotta wait, right? Well, ... :( I hope they'll be fast

The problems referred to by Jasper have been solved yesterday; some links were broken after we forced a server reboot. The first post by hieup at the link provided does show a potental solution to your problem:
You should make a zip file which contains all the class folders, not the parent folder

The problem was following: I used files, that were not formatted with UTF-8, I used German Umlauts in some Notes and I used a "_"-Symbol in my packagename. By the help of the support, i found out these error sources.
Thanks for your help too!
