I just noticed something odd. Check out my test match here and pay attention to round 3. I have 7 available armies to use in Central America after the place army moves. Three attack Western US, three attack Eastern US. I should have 1 army left. When I go to transfer it to Venezuela, I get a "Cannot attack/transfer" error, even though I have an army available to use...

I can't check your output. But you should take a look to make sure that your bot wasn't trying to transfer into one of the territories you had taken that round.
edit: You might want to check to make sure that you are properly removing the regions from the available to attack regions.

I've seen this before in another game, didn't pay much attention to it then but it was a similar situation. Does look like a bug indeed.

Yeah, this is causing more issues as I'm fine-tuning my bot. Check out the game here as well. Turn 4 I have 6 on brazil. I send 3 north, and 2 south, but the visual shows that only 1 was sent south.

I am still seeing the original issue: My second attack of a stack is short one army. It looks like armies defeated on the first attack of the stack are taken out of the remaining available armies that haven't been used.

I seem to be getting games every once in a while where it appears that my bot is a "turn behind" so to speak. Starting with the place army movement, it seems to return a null for me, then just bombs out from there -- and the bot has successful games before and after the failed match with the same version.

There are more, but there are too many games to sift through to find all the examples. Hopefully you can query your db to find it :D
