But it has stdin/stdout interface which means my bot will run on the server machine. So, how can I read/write my own neuralnetwork database for each games?

You can't directly store/read data with your bot across multiple games. So you either have to manually setup your neural network through error output data from your bot, recreate the neural network each time your bot plays OR you set up the engine locally and you make a bot to train your neural network against.

Some time ago I learned neural networks, and my graduation thesis was also about it. Im doubt that it is possible to train neural network to play in this game. Even hard to say what inputs and outputs should be. Neural nentworks are more about classification/clasterization tasks, or finding hidden depenencies/patterns in big input data. Nothing similar with warlight.
